Can't wait for the explanation for this one.
As for the building........Who knows.

I admit to have taken liberties with the center of everything- the building is 3.34m. from the center.

OK, Here's an explanation of the Clues:
>>>>>>>>>We're looking for something- the CENTER OF THE EARTH Which earth?
It's not here- Well Toto is being held captive by a blue flying monkey "Toto, I've a feeling we're not in Kansas any more. " It's not not in KANSAS
You might get hungry on the way so stop here for a (not big) MAC "You are in Kansas anymore"
Default is what?
Not the most common one but the other
3.34m? Well it is.
Sorry if this has too many layers! <<<<<<<<

With Farrelli's help and his patience with my questions:
If I may give a clue:
>> It's not really the center, but it's a start. <<
-------------------- To find what you are looking for, you need to know where it is.
To know where it is, you need to find it.

Thank goodness for that, I've been thinking I was on Google Mars or similar. What does it all mean Danes?

OK,
Having chased enough European national "notables" who fought battles on hills behind farms and then said something clever, I'll not apologize for posting clues that are slightly less eurocentric.
The references to "The Wizard of OZ" and the visual references to it point to Kansas - which has the default views for US Google Earth.
However I do understand the confusion about the flying monkey and Toto image - one could easily view that as a suggestion the the dog was being held captive by George Bush.
Cheers,
M.

you really don't have to. I like to see more puzzles with influences from all around the world. but as to your clues.. I still don't get 'em.. [edit] thanks to danes, now I do, but stuck with the same question as farce.. no wonder I couldn't find it, I have no mac and erased the default long time ago.[/edit]
