I don't know, I drove the entire beach in SV, and couldn't find the location (compared to the building shown in the video).
I hope he'll make a full recovery.

he was knocked unconscious at his first hit on the beach and could not use his quick-release.. he is ok, but I wouldn't go out on a day like that..

Very well found karlakoala (faster), kite surfer (closer) and DelPiero (on your second attempt). Also Bob, for the medical center. 
I know how difficult it is to find the exact location.

This has been a difficult search inspite of knowing the general location.
I am glad to know that the guy is out of danger and on way to full recovery!
