Unlit terminal sign on Hartlepool Coast Road exit

Sign on nearside is lit. The sign on the offside has a light above it which is totally rusted away so provides no lighting at all.No maintenance has been carried out on this sign and it invalidates the speed enforcement applicable.Since the sign on Hart Road is also defective where the speed limit starts this is a double whammy for those caught speeding in this location.
