That's still going on. Whoever downloaded the old one should replace it with this or use the download links here in Network Links. Yet, it includes a small percentage of Kadikoy (10% in area) and much more work is still left like standardazing the descriptions, inserting www's and pictures. If any error is reported, corrections pointed, suggestions made or additions demanded, they are welcome.
Some sample commercial companies are also added into the collection. If you think that your company is also worth to be in the collection, pleace ask here as a reply in this thread. Because advertising is prohibited in the forum and in GE, company names are not used directly in placemarks.

Since the file seems to approach the maximum file size limit, I divided them into subdistricts. So, Kadikoy became a set of files with similar folders and icons. When the official data is complete, the info will be rearranged according to sectors and not districts.

Therefore the attachment here will include the other placemarks posted before and these will be moved to their relevant sub-districts one by one. It also includes the borders, the district names, roads and some overlays. All the sub-districts will be provided in the list below linked to the attachments of the sub-district collections below.
