One of those favorite buildings.. Skidmore Owings and Merril Architects,. Dedicated Sept 1963, took 4 years to construct. Total height of Spires is 150'

This is definitely a unique building, and I've seen it many times. The model seems to be too tall though. In fact, if you look at the shadow being cast, the height of the building clearly is too high. A measurement conversion problem perhaps?

(I checked, and my terrain exaggeration is just 1.0, so that isn't the problem)

I was very careful in the building of this model. Using Original documents, I drew the sections in Autocad. Then I imported them into sketchup, and using those original documents, and dimensions off those measurements, I created the model of the building. I believe it is extremley accurate !.
The Building is 150 feet tall..

Well, after looking at photos of the actual chapel the proportions look very good. A careful "blink" comparison (turning your model on and off) after positioning the camera angle to be as close to identical as the original aerial photograph still shows a slight size difference (but, this may be due to texture mapping errors). Good job!
