The JFK is still serving, which is odd since the entire Naval fleet is surviving on a tight budget. It's used mostly for training new pilots. It pulled into Norfolk NS in mid-July, right after it had gone underway for the beerfest known as Naval Week.

This is the USS Inchon (LPH-12), an Iwo Jima class helicopter assault carrier. She was in Philadelphia in preparation for her final assignment as a target ship. Shortly after this was taken, she was towed out to sea and sunk.

Well, I cant see a "63" painted on it Viper, but this carrier is in Yokosuka, so it should be USS Kitty Hawk.

This ship is the USS Inchon LPH12. She was an Iwo-Jima class helicopter carrier. She was converted to a mine-countermeasures ship, but is now decommissioned.

No rest for the weary.. once you've got this one solved, how about tackling the one on the opposite side of the anchorage.
That looks to me like a carrier- an old one, but a carrier. There is a 12 on the bow, but it isn't the USS Hornet- not long enough, and the Hornet is sitting at Alameda Point.
That isn't CV 21 either-- the USS Boxer was scrapped back in '71, and this one isn;t long enough anyway by about 300 feet (3.4 million snots?).
USS Inchon(LPH-12)- amphib assault ship, aka MCS-12 (mine control ship). Pic from ground level at Philly:
