- --------- llahabad Fort is the location of the much revered Akshaya Vat, which is Hindi for 'immortal tree'. Legends say that if anyone jumped from this centuries old banyan tree he would attain immortality. Civilians are not allowed to see this tree. It is near the southern wall and is one among the many trees seen from outside the southern wall of the fort. The immortal Akshaya Vat (Banyan Tree) is located in this temple. ------------------------------

---------- This wonderful tree has been certified as more than 2000 years of age. It is on a tourist development, Pedras del Rei near Tavira and while there are many other old olive trees in the area, this is the most spectacular.
It can be found between villas 46B and 48A. It is from a variety brought over to Portugal by the Phoenicians in the 7th Century BC from Mesopotamia. There is plenty of easy parking nearby

-------------------------------------------------- Olaf Palmes eken Olaf Palmes Oak ------ Olaf Palmes eken Circumference at 1,3 m Height Volume (about) Age (about) near Stockholm Sweden 10,13 m 19 m ? 350-500
------ This oak grows within a kilometer of the Ekebyhov eken. It is nearly as big, but has a large, healthy and sound crown of big branches, 19 m high and 26 m wide. Recently a big branch broke off. This oak seems to grow relatively fast: it is thought to be between 350 and 500 years old. The impression of the oak is that of power and vigorous growth.

Eken ligger inte där du placerat den, den ligger på mälaröarna väster om Stockholm.

I parsed what I think is all of the downloads contained in this thread to-date into a single network link. I picked up about 75 download links. I used an automated process to do this and didn't check them all so there could be mistakes or duplicates. But better than having to download them all individually.

Hi.
Looking at the map of Denmark, I have found that the King Oak is misplaced. As it states in the accompanying text, it is placed in Jægerspris Nordskov, Sjælland, which is some 100 miles to the S-SE of the current position
Kind regards, SuNk
