MILLAU, BRIDGE, 3D MODEL.
3D Model of worlds highest bridge ... a bit of a chunker at 2.2MB so watch the GE slowdown.
Sorry NormB .. the file got too big to include the 3D Torana doin high speeds across the bridge .. next time.
Before the bridge was constructed, traffic had to descend into the Tarn River valley and pass along the route nationale N9 near the town of Millau, causing heavy congestion at the beginning and end of the July and August vacation season. The bridge now traverses the Tarn valley above its lowest point, linking the causse du Larzac to the causse rouge, and is inside the perimeter of the Grands Causses regional natural park.

Could'nt have been my Terrano. It's in the garage at the moment haviing it's 'Injectors' replaced.. Seems as they were 'shot'
Yes the PC slowed down a bit while that 3D model was loading in. And no Placemark Icon is even better
