An updated 3D model is available at the post below
Taipei 101 has 101 stories above ground (hence the name) and five under ground.
The building holds the records for:
Ground to structural top: 508 m (1667 ft), a record formerly held by the Petronas Twin Towers at 452 m (1483 ft) Ground to roof: 448 m (1470 ft). Formerly held by the Sears Tower 442 m (1454ft) Ground to highest occupied floor: 438 m (1437 ft). Formerly held by the Sears Tower Elevator speed: 1010 meters/min (37.5 miles/hour)
It does not hold the record for:
Ground to pinnacle, which is held by the Sears Tower 529 m (1703ft).

Hi there. When I loaded this placemark up as it loaded my view of the building was behind me.. As it was loading in "I went Through the building"
I had to either back off or turn the Veiwing screen around.
But very impressive
Edit.. zno posted This post perhaps he "Went through the building" as well and did not notice.

EDITED!!!! All new model of the Taipei 101 tower. Or TFC 101.
This one goes out to our special asian friend Timpani a student from taiwan, who happens to like 'classical wind ensemble'. What a co-incidence!!! So do we!!!
Awesome Kiwi!
Well to all those who have downloaded this one before come back for more because 101 is bigger, better, way cooler-er and.. yeah... it's good!!
Now with more detail to marvel at and even more of those annoying black lines that blur the hell out of it from a distance.
Please if someone could help us to get rid of them that would be very much appreciated.
Enjoy, tell your friends and make sure you give this one the big 5 star, thumbs up.
Cheers all.
ZNO team.
