As there is a large amount of data (2.5Mb), collections / layers are distributed by Levels 1...3 and by Areas/Labels.
These data sets can be a good foundation for other jobs; you are welcome to use them in full or in part to create other collections.

This is a new "Level 0" Administrative Unit.
This border was extracted from the borders of the UK Level 1 administrative units posted by Valery Hronusov. It provides greater detail than the default borders in the application.
This file contains all polygons except for the main island (England, Scotland and Wales) which is outlined as two linear strings. The larger string disappears from view when combined with the small string as a polygon. Please contact the author if you can successfully combine the two strings into one polygon.

The primary divisions of the UK have been reorganized by simon_a:
- United Kingdom
---- England
---- Northern Ireland
---- Scotland
---- Wales
- Crown Dependencies
---- Bailiwick of Guernsey
---- Bailiwick of Jersey
---- Isle of Man
The file has two folders for Names (labels) and Borders (polygons).
The borders were derived from the borders of the UK Level 1 administrative units posted by Valery Hronusov. All metadata and schema have been removed to create a more compact file and faster downloads.
