I'll be posting another update tonight or tomorrow. Found another SA-6 in Yemen (right next to the first one...go figure), and I'll be adding a separate folder for garrisons and a separate folder for EW radar sites. I've located a handful of BIG BIRD radar sites in Russia (S-300P EW radar sites).

FIle updated. Inside the placemark file, if you select the SAMs by type folder, you'll now find a subfolder for EW radar sites and a subfolder for garrisons.

Well, good to hear. But SA-12 are already found; e.g. see Threads "Re: Is this a disused SAM site in Siberia? Hi Res" or "Re: Satellite/space tracking site?" But thanks for you ongoing effort. Best Regards

Cool, I guess that means it worked. My plan is to make the rest of the components like the elevated 76N6 CLAM SHELL radar and see how many sites I can illustrate. Might move on to other systems later on, I do think the S-300V shouldn't be any more difficult to model.

Added 13 new sites, including locations in four new countries: Eritrea, Ethiopia, Tajikistan, and Uzbekistan.
