Google Earth Community: Moscow Mountain

All trails on Moscow Mountain are on private land and are closed to motorized use. Please respect the land and wishes of the landowners.

For quick/easy access to mountain bike/hiking trails from Moscow, look no further than the Headwaters/Pond 9 area. The headwaters trail is about a 5.5 mile loop from the parking location. To get here, head north on Hwy 95 out of Moscow for about 3.5 miles. At the base of 'Steakhouse Hill' look for Lewis Rd on your right. After about 1 mile you'll crest a hill and corner on your way down and you'll reach a fork in the road. Stay to the left and drive another 1/2 mile. There should be a section of brush cleared on the right hand side where you can park your vehicle.

Do *not* continue up the road and park near the turn around (for buses and fire trucks) or park in front of the blue gate (access for land owners), or in front of the gate/driveway on the right side (access to personal residence).
