a detailed balloon:
this post placemark is the initial build of the balloon model,
since the .kmz filesize came out to 913kb i elected to create simplified polygon models so that multible objects could be displayed at once ....

a short annimation of balloon's lifting off
filesize 1.3meg - balloons flicker on first cycle of annimation.
do not expand timer for this model for first run
timmer tips:
set repeat mode to Bounce

This animation loads quicker and runs much smoother with the new GE release 4.3.7204.0836 (beta).
Setting the Time to slowest gives a more realistic representation of balloons in flight
Animations are greatly enhanced with the new GE version.
