Here is the remains of the SS Thomas T. Tucker, a US cargo ship built during World War II. It ran aground on this beach on 27th November 1942.

Members asked me, why is the USS Arizona and the USS Utah not in the VSC, well,, I removed them because of the many placemarks around them.
more members ask for it by sending me PM`s, so here it is, Famous Shipwrecks , on request.. The,
USS Arizona , USS Utah and I add the SS America , the last one because of the many placemarks around the ship,, so it must be famous
For the placemarks I used the original "first" post, you can find the names and link to the OP in the placemark.

I also changed the layout, and add more links to it.
In the "Famous Shipwreck" folder you find more links to the ships, (click picture).

If you think, "this is a Famous Shipwreck " , send me a PM, and tell me why you think this is a Famous Shipwreck .

So for now,,,,

USS Arizona

USS Utah

SS America

Layout of the placemarks

Have fun

The attached file might be useful if you haven't found and using it yet.

The collection is going great with improvement in quality of contents and appearance day-by-day.

Good Job ! Keep it up !
