Also there are some similar figures around 25 km west of above placemark. What all this could be?

The pattern does show up in Digital Globe photos Taken in 2005. Some show an incomplete version of what is in GE, as if the pattern really is on the ground. Maybe it was someone's art project

May be and may be not...
Just 36 km from this artifact there is a much similiar one which looks like on ground only and near that there are four fighter jets in a strange circle.
It may be some thing related to military....

Here's an idea. Maybe they set these area up as targets to test the quality of the data they are getting back from their spy satellites.

In the middle of these set of artifacts, there is an organised camp with lot of trucks as seen here.
Also on the other end near the circle, there are some structures having few transmission towers nearby.
