Not sure how to post directly on to this since I am a first time user. Located a static military plane in Utah on the UTAH BOMB RANGE west of the Great Salt Lake.

Well.. you did, "your" plane, (F-4 Phantom) sit on the ground, and not on a pole. Only Planes On Poles here, static planes can be post here :

F4C Phantom on pole at the entrance Hill AFB Museum. Did not see this one anywhere since it is fairly new. It is not on GE but it is there. On the PM you can see the pole for the mount.

There is a MiG-21 on a pole in EFKU - Kuopio, Finland. The area is low-res but the plane is within 50 meters of this position: 63° 0'29.72"N, 27°47'15.58"E

Two Helo's on poles at Reno National Guard Armory. Previously posted in Military (Skycrane and Huey in midflight), but not as planes on poles...maybe doesnt qualify since they are helos, but still on poles....
