[Re: earthling_andre]       #213838 - 11/28/05 02:40 AM Edit   Reply   Quote   Quick Reply   I happen to be the captain of the Rescue Cruiser Hannes Th Hafstein speeding out to help. It was a rather small fibre plastic boat that caught on fire. Luckily the man onboard was rescued by a nearby fishingboat, the one you see speeding to port near the rescue cruiser. When we arrived onscene everything able to burn was burnt and small shell floating. We managed to put out the fire, in attempt to tow the boat to shore for investigation reasons, but nearby boat destroyed the mission with clumsy attempts to tow it with out our approval. Seriously, they did work on SAR over there with the Icelandic fire & rescue. He misses it already.
