Now that Stauning airport is in hi-res I can post this one. LY-AET was built in 1981 by PZL-Mielich, Poland. It sometimes flies over my house, it makes an impressive noise.

Here is an other AN-2 that is in Grenada.

You can see in the back of the picture the AN-2 in a very poor state of repair. It is the one to the south as seen in GE. I have been there and been inside it and hence am sure it is an AN-2. It is in very back shape. Cuban markings and clearly has been sitting there since the US invasion.

An odd thing about the An-2, it is much bigger than its shape or outline indicate, that combined with its slow flying speed makes it look like it is going to fall out of the sky in a stall. At an airshow a few years ago, an An-2 was flown in a demonstration flight. Majestic, yes, SLOOOW was what came to mind. The pilot then put it into a steep dive. There was absolutely no visible increase in speed. The thing is a flying speed brake!
