real estate is a great application. I guess anything for sale, cars, furniture etc will be done the same way. I hope people's privacy doesn.t suffer too much!
Boulder Busses was great too. How about Boulder Blondes!

Google Earth is free to everybody, including those shopping for a new home. We have heard from several people who have found a new office building or private residence using Google Earth and have made the transaction on that basis.

So what if the a place was sold. And it was still posted at that site?
I have a Real Estate Agent, asking him if he wants to jump on Google Earth REST(real estate) how would he start on doing that? Would he need GE Pro or just GE standard? And could you help? (Develop the tools). Link to his site Lee Hanson

Weeeeeeeell... I admire the enthusiasm, but in this instance the technology is lacking. These guys are selling real estate all over Colorado. Unfortunately, it can only find adresses for places in Metro areas. I was searching for plots of land, and all the interesting ones (see: AWAY from metro areas) were not found. Out of 72 listings, 1 got a place marker.
Either the address - location database needs a serious upgrade, or the real estate agents are going to need to start getting Long. - Lat. coordinates for real estate listings.
Actually that's probably not a bad idea anyway, considering that half of Colorado is Mountainous.

Aha, this is what I need, there is a new housing complex in westminster that is not there on the database, I already made a thread with the location, and needed the area updated.

When I buy a new house I'm not only interested in the price, but also in the estimated energy-bills. Would it be possible to add this kind of info to the placemarks?
What does it takes to make a self-filling datalayer? For example if you want to sell your house and it is relatively well insulated, you could add a placemark "$1500/year". If you get like 4 or 5 placemarks in a street you can verify if it is more or less correct. You can also add a placemark if you are just wondering what the rest of the streets pays. I think that this kind of data gets more important in the future of real-estate.
