Shrimp trawlers

When I first saw these, I thought they were pleasure craft and was very jealous. I now believe them to be commercial shrimp trawlers and the people on them are hard at work - albeit in a very pleasant setting!

Over here we call them prawn trawlers and at the time of the photo they arn't working . They trawl for tiger and endevour prawns in this area and only at night. They stay well away from the reefs as they drag their nets on the bottom and reefs etc can catch the nets and flip the trawler. They use the protection of the reefs during the day to sleep.
