A plane flying upside down doing a loopdeloop just south of Woodland, Wa.
Pretty cool!
WOW! When I saw loopdeloop in the title I thought no way, its just a twisted looking plane. But Im glad I was wrong, this is a great find! You can clearly see the wheels. Very cool! I added it ot the collection. Cyclonic

(edit)
It is present and appears unmarked so you should make a placemark and have it included in the Aircraft database. Great find!

Hi Jerry
Cool!
Take a read thorugh this guide and you'll be able to post your finds. Then you can edit your original post and add the placemark.
I PM'd Cyclonic to move your post in Transportation Forum and add your great find to the Aircraft in Flight Collection.
Have fun with GE. Bye b

Hi -
A nice find!! Takes me back to my basic pilot training in 1946, and the first time I looped - with a female instructor, Julie, in an Aeronca Champion! During the war she had been a pilot in the Army ferrying B-17s and B-24s to Europe, then became a private instructor when she was discharged!
Flyimg was - and is - a thrill, and looping was a BIG thrill.
Since first looking ar GE, I've thought that I could estimate the altitude of similar flying objects, by judging their shadow and the shadow of an object of known height. Simple triganometry. I could have done it here, except the planes shadow is so mixed up with the bridge that I couldn't get a measurement on it!.
Thanks. That is an exciting shot!

It is one of the few planes in flight that belongs in the "truly unique" category. A great find

Finding altitude is possible but not as frequently as you would think. This plane, for instance is part of an image that includes most of the bridge and the south bank of the river. The shadow should fall somewhere to the ENE of the plane according to the shadow direction. But the north end of the bridge, the north bank, and portions of the river were shot at a different time. Shadow direction here would be to the NNW. It looks like the potential shadow of the plane would just be within the northern area of imagery. Another problem is often that planes are too high to leave a distinct shadow on the ground. I doubt if this plane is too high to see its shadow, but I'm fairly sure he's up high enough to allow for plenty of space between the him and the ground.

Great find!
He maybe on a hard bank and angle of exposure gives the illusion of upside down.
Look at the NWA over the 94025, might provide some insight!

I showed this to a friend from Woodland, and he said that there is a guy that fly's around and does tricks during the summer months. He also knows a pilot that keeps a plane at the Woodland airport. Long story short, I will probably be able to get information like the type of plane, and pilots name to include in the place mark’s description.
