I found a real-time Day and Night Earth map and I overlayed on Google Earth.
Satellite Day and Night image is provided by Living Earth
Heres a Snapshot I took :

Heres another real-time image overlay day and night with clouds. The resolution doesn't look good though.
Cloud weather data is provided by SSEC: UW-Madison

Add a second layer with real (every 3 hour) clouds to get the effect.
