I just upgraded to GE Plus mainly for GPS import feature. But in my GE version there is no GPS menu option in the Tools menu or elsewhere. I remember a greyed-out one in the free version but now it's gone, simply not there... Am i dumb or what?! How do i get GPS working? To check, go to Help -> About Google Earth. If you're using v4.0.2722 and you still can't use GPS, I would uninstall Google Earth and download a fresh copy from earth.google.com. Removed the GEP install directory and the directory in the user's home dir before installing. 4.0.2735 runs fine, no visible changes and still no GPS menu option. I did a check for updates and it said a newer version was available so I downloaded and installed it. (The original version was 4.0.xxx, the new one was just an upgrade on the xxx) Now there's no GPS option in the Tool menu. This is the only reason I upgraded to Plus! I thought as a Plus subscriber you could post a support ticket to Googleearth but I can't seem to find how you do this.
