Great Job on the prisons!
Philverney & myself tried this many months ago, but I got caught up in work and Phil got made a GE moderator so... Needless to say we never got too far.
I think I may have posted some of the original stuff, so if that helps great, but rekon you already have have much better stuff than we ever got to.

If your interested...
I just saw a documentery this weekend on a South American prison in Bogata, Columbia called "La Modelo" (i think it was on history channel or discovery/times channel).
Prison where the inmates have more guns than the guards, graft, corruption and murder are rampant... A full socio-economic heirarchy has developed including stores, resturaunts, banks... all within the prison walls. Two warring factions of left wing guerillas & right wing militia have a enclosed space to fight it all out. Truly fascinating!
This would be an interesting place to add to your list, as you were looking for more S. American assets to add to your kmz.

this used to be called "Almoloya", but there are another prision who is very near, that is in the same town, and is called "The little Almoloya", so for not to get confused, the federal prision was named "La Palma"
