Hey xav, nice project you've got here. For some reason I'm interested in this subject too, perhaps it's because correctional facilities often make an interesting topographical image but since discovering you are a judge, I guess you have a different interest in it 
I have posted a placemark of a facility in New South Wales, Australia that hasn't been marked before and this one has been http://bbs.keyhole.com/ubb/showthreaded.php/Number/128403 but it doesn't seem to have been catalogued by you yet.
Are you also interested in historic prison/jail sites?

About prison for women in Barcelona:
Carrer Doctor Trueta, 76 - 98, behind Ciutadella Park.
That street was formerly known as Wad-Ras street, and thus the word "wad-ras" means for the barcelonians "the prison for women".

There is one prison that is interesting, on the Nevada/California border, just about two blocks away from some casinos. I don't know what the prison is called, but you might want to check it out. The coordinates on Google Earth are below:
with the Pointer at 35 degrees 36'46.87" N
115 degrees, 21'54.80" W.
This is some sort of correctional facility at the California/Nevada border, at State Line. It's just off I-15, to the east of the Desperado and McIntyre Blvd on Primm Dr.
