The area you have labeled as a prison on Camp Atterbury, Indiana/Edinburgh is incorrect, that area is the Job Corps facility, for juvenille delinquents. Actual JCU facility is located at 39" 21'11.39" N, 86"02'26.41". I work at Camp Atterbury.

The prison of Iruņa (in spanish, Pamplona) isnīt in Country Basque but in Navarra. Navarra is a diferent region of Spain.

Your Okimaw ohci healin lodge in Saskatchewan is offa bit...if you look up from it a tiny bit, you will see a white patch sort of an eagle feather shape...it's exact location is right at the tip of it. BTW, it is a beautiful facility...I used to work there.

Norm, this placemark incorrectly identifies the Auckland War Memorial Museum as the Mt. Eden Prison. Are you able to correct this?

Here is Wakefield prison, reputed to be where the nursery rhyme "Here we go round the mulberry bush" originated from. As sung by the prisoners as they were excercised in the prison yard.

Thankyou for that Update DAP.
At the time that area was in Low Res.. An aprox location was given with the address... Can you please post the Lat/Long of the Correct place.. Address it to the Original Poster who controls the database..

I have been an inmate in Brixton and a good few other facilitys in England and Scotland so I will add some placemarks in Scotland and state conditions.........as things go I have found that doing time south of the border easier than up here in Scotland. I dunno why this is but its just more 'humane'!
Will add more in due course.

Corrections to Prisons in Beaumont, Texas and Abilene, Texas USA
The location in Beaumont, TX marked as Gist is actually the Jefferson County Correctional Complex (county jail)
There are four state prison facilities on FM 3514 in Beaumont:
Stiles unit is the western complex on the south side
Gist is located north of the Stiles unit on FM 3514
The location that is currently marked as LeBlanc at the east end of FM 3514, next to US 69, is the Al Price State Juvenile Correction Facility
The LeBlanc prison unit is north side of the FM 3514 at its east end
Abilene Texas state prisons:
The location markers in Abilene for the French Roberston prison and the Middleton unit are switched. The Middleton unit is to the east of the Robertson unit.
Fixed in collection.
