The squared in place just south of Hakea Prison is the Canningvale Juvenile Detention Centre. The prison for when prisoners arent old enough. I drive past it every week.

Prison you located in Slovakia is the biggest one and its name is Leopoldov (very nice hires)
The others in SLovakia I know , but not able to locate , are in: Ilava, SK
Trnava, SK (womans prison)
Sabinov, SK (military prison)
You may try to fly there and to locate them (all in Lowres areas).
Maybe there are even more prisons, but there is not an oficcial list of prisons on webpages of the responsible ministry (I was just searching for)

Here's the remainder of the prisons in Wales, UK. You've already got HMP Swansea and HMP Parc, so I've added Cardiff, Usk and HMP & YOI Prescoed. They are all low-res at the moment. I worked out exact postions by getting the postal code from the Prison Service website and then using multimap.co.uk to get a detailed map. Maybe next weekend I'll have the time to start working on the other UK jails, but that will take some time.

Somebody please add the prisons of the dirty south! We have none for Texas and very few across the bible belt. These are some of the most #&*$$# prisons on the planet. Do we have an expert or enthusiast that can help us out and add these prisons?

Ok, so I got into it a little bit. There is a mountain of work to do. But here is the tip of the iceberg:
1) Louisiana State Penitentiary (10 Placemarks w/ detailed descriptions)
....including the Death Row building, with currently 84 inmates in line
....a museum, with "Old Sparky" the electric chair
....a golf course, called "Prison View", for visitor's only, of course
....the annual prison inmate rodeo
2) Nebraska State Penitentiary
3) Kentucky State Penitentiary, with a link to /profiles/ (with pics) of the 36 inmates on death row.
4) Arkansas State Prison, Maximum Security Unit, Tucker Unit
5) William Donaldson Correctional Facility, Alabama
6) Holman Prison, Alabama
7) Colorado State Penitentiary
8) Arizona State Prison - Florence (w/ details about gas chamber)
Maybe when I have some more time I can get into Georgia and Texas. On a political note, I can only hope that these barbaric institutions of state-sponsered killing will some day in the future be abolished, and will become just another black spot on our notorious American history. Dartmoor Prison. Built by french PoWs during the Napoleonic war, I believe.
