It freezes after being used 5-10 min. It is normally during playing a tour, but sometimes also when i just use it normally. Have you tried clearing or deleting your GE cache from the Tools > Options > Cache in the drop down menu ? Another thing to consider is the size of the files that you may have open in your My Places folder, if you have many and some are large, this may affect the application. Try closing the files that you are not using, and maybe closing some of the layers that you are not using as well, it will make a difference. Give that a go and let us know how you get on.
