This network link provides the city of Berlin as textured 3D models:

Source: http://www.3d-stadtmodell-berlin.de/
Edit: I posted a wrong link to another set of models for Berlin. This is the "real" one: You can now move inside the parliament or the railway station and see the details of the buildings inside.

It's free, because a city model existed already without façades. For most of the building façades random pattern were used. So most of the façades you see in the model are actually pure fantasy. However, the landmarks like Reichstag or Brandenburg Gate were created with a lot of passion for detail.

Isn't that a different set of models? Only the central city of Berlin and not the surroundings and without detailed insides of the parliament?
