This is probably created by a mooring buoy or something similar tethered to the bottom.

It could be, I suppose, but those are some mighty big waves if they come off a buoy! They measure over 15 feet peak to peak and go all the way down to the end of the lagoon over 400 yards away to the southeast!
A great find, I think.

Interesting find Panarimi.
If you look 37 metres to the south east of the centre of the main circles you can see another smaller set of circular waves.
I thought for a while that it may have been caused by some sort of surge through a blowhole from the nearby ocean, but that is unlikely and I can't find any documentation about that, so,
It appears that all of the boats from the close proximity have been removed from their moorings,, I wonder if someone is using explosives to remove the rough, shallow clusters of reef rock from the area.
That method is used over here to flatten such obsticles in marinas that cause problems at low tide, and when fired, look very similar to this image.

Can someone tell me how i can check a image update for this place, so i can search if there a newsstory is for this look a like earthquake

In many third world countries, even tho its illegal, people fish using dynamite. Its bad for all underwater life, has no respect for non-edible species or young ones, hence it is prohibited. I've seen it in use near Bahia Solano, Colombia, and its amazing (and sad) how, on a large radius (some 10 meters with a small charge), all fish, small and large, come up to the surface dead. Also other creatures... The shockwave... I am unsure of its shape, it was more like a whole area of water jumped up, but I don't remember an outgoing, radial wave like these - maybe this is not caused by this, or because of my point of view I could not see it, or I just did not notice and was focused on the guy using it.

I posted this to Google Sightseeing and the readers there reckon this is a speedboat going round in circles.

Hi GSightseeing and welcome to Google Earth! 
I very much doubt that it is a speedboat going in circles. The waves are concentric. Have a look at the actual speedboat 500 yards to the northwest and then imagine it going in a circle. The pattern would not look like this one would it.
I still think this is an amazing find. The idea of it being an explosion as has been suggested to clear debris etc makes a lot of sense. However in that case would one not expect a very powerful 'lead' wave followed by the wake we see? Perhaps the lead wave has dissipated already? But then I would expect to see more interference from its reflection (similar to the reflection we see just northeast of the center.
Looking forward to more theories...

I am today in Acapulco, visited the beach called Pie de la Cuesta, just a few minutes south of the waves in the laguna. Unfortunately I forgot to ask the owner of the place if fishing is conducted there with explosives. I seriously doubt it, since there is a military airport just west of the site and Mexico actually has laws that prohibit the use of explosives for fishing.
Anyway, I'll return in August 2007 and will ask further about fishing practices/earthquakes and strange waves.
