Easy to find, but whats wrong with it? 
In white: Whats wrong? The costruction costs of 11.2 billion USD? The 31 years of construction? The toll of 28 Euro? Me don't know.

Question and possible answer in white. No peeking!

Edited to add, of the three major structures on the island, small, medium and large, the medium one is is casting a pointed shadow, at this angle, even if the image is inverted seems impossible. <<<

According to plans the shorter tower should be on the Kawasaki side, but it shows the taller tower on that side. Is this up side down?

This photo from a Geotechnical Presentation about the Trans-Tokyo Bay Marine Highway was taken from the Ukishima-Kawasaki City side...
Which is << WEST of Kawasaki Island. You can see the SMALL vent is on the NEAR side and the large one on the OPPOSITE towards the Kisarazu Island Bridge Terminus >>...which MEANS << the Satellite Image is WRONG-SIDE UP in Google Earth >>
