I noticed this aircraft and haven't seen a reference to it in the text or overlays.
Location:
38 41 54.38 N 119 02 14.49 W
It may be an aircraft that's part of the search. My system's resolution left its altitude ambiguous. I apologize if this aircraft had been discussed and discounted.
I reported this finding via the Mechanical Turk system.

Further to my last post regarding Lisa's very interesting sighting, I decided to play with some filters in photoshop because one would expect man made materials to reflect light differently and therefore stand out when filtering out certain lighting levels, and what do you know? The objects in Lisa's image positively glow while the rest of the natural terrain goes jet black for many miles all around.

Edit: A reminder of the coordinates:
38.827146,-119.429319

just beyond the mountain from take off?, stuck in a river? I think I even see landing scud marks and debris channel coming onto the tail of the plane. It doesnt look like white sand, I think its just tilted over a tree or something.
It also shows possible emergency landing markings... i have compared it with the past images and is not there! also the measurements fit very accurately the description of the plane.
Please check it out!

problem with our eye and brain is that we try search order in chaos and if we know what we search for we try imagine it where nothing is
anyway i discovered various possible planes too but also one ugly feature of Google Earth ... if GE crash then You loose all custom marks done in last session even these not in temps

Rudeseal -
4: Nose Facing NE
38.0101000,-119.4810000
38° 0'36.36"N 119°28'52.85"W
740 yards Northeast of Volunteer Peak, Looks to be at edge of Smedberg lake in the water
That's a pretty solid find. Unfortuately detail lacking from previous overflies for comparison.

Latest update of KMZ file: 9/11/2007 - 935pm ET
Fosset Search help
a few planes added and more candidates added...
CLICK VIEW on Google Earth... to open the layer
I believe in Google Maps, the KMZ file gave me an error and it doesnt open with the new images superimposed... So you will be looking at older images, with the plane positions only.
