This is why we request feedback from the rescue team, for htis purpose i request the rescue team update, the information on this forum, and indicate the areas they are serching to be focuss in other areas.
Did u have any conformation that the search team fly over this target.?

I know the black and white area south West of the fossett departure point is recent, but does anyone know if any other area is updated as far as images, such as the area east of walker lake, where he was more likely flying, they said he was scouting for possible flat areas for testing his rocket car but the black and white area is mostly hills, creeks and trees, while the area in nevada east of walker lake has the terrain he was interested in. anyway if anyone knows if any other areas are updated please post a link to info on it if you come across it. would hate to spend hours looking through images that are months or years old.

I found a weird looking object
38°49'58.44"N, 119°11'45.03"W
Looks like there is an impact area (darker area) just south of it. It is close to a road, and there are some buildings just East of the area.
Can someone check this out?

can someone please tell me how I can put the Google earth icon to my placemark in a post like this one so people can just click on it to go there, I can do it in a new thread but dont know how to put it in a post.
