The Idaho Falls, Idaho Temple is the 8th constructed by The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints and overlooks the majestic Snake River.The Angel Moroni is placed on LDS temples as a symbol of the restoration of the gospel. In Revelation 14:6 in the Bible it speaks of 'Another angel flying in the midst of heaven carrying the everlasting gospel.' The Visitor Center provides educational displays and short videos about The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints, and their emphasis on temples.
