Black display with yellow outline?

Hi I upgraded my Google Earth to version 4.3 which is Google_Earth_BZXD.exe The only trouble is it displays countries with a black background (not a satellite image) and the borders are a yellow line. Can anyone tell me what setting I have to change to get a satelight photographic image.

My computer is a pentium 4 2.8gig with 2 gig of RAM

Also before installing I didn't uninstall the previous version. I have since uninstalled and rebooted then reinstalled.
