South Asia Earthquake Map overlay (Final)

1) Epicentre: Download the above placemark, for earthquake epicentre, overlay of USGS fault map and some demographics information on Kashmir (see under kashmir folder, If the district boundaries breaks, unmark terrain layer)

Purple color denotes the subduction zone (300-800 km in depth) according to the legend. Rawalpindi and Islamabad are twin cities. Use overlay transperancy bar to go from map to image and vice versa.

2) Place names: Download the placemark given below in this link for 4000 Place names in region closer to epicentre.

3) Related maps: blt has added Real time USGS earthquake locations (very useful to know the recent occurences) and more related maps( shake and tectonic) in this thread, download placemark from this link.
