I'm doing some 3D modelling with Sketchup for some landscape design and was hoping to be able to import from GE to Sketchup not only the terrain and ground image but also the buildings (3D) for use in site context/perspectives. Is this possible? Granted, perhaps the building data is proprietary or something, I don't know. I'm also curious where GE got the data for the building models and footprints, etc. Or perhaps it is up to outsiders to post this data for various locations? OK, enough questions. Thanks much for any response to this (esp. exporting buildings). Post Extras
