Well....the most accurate way is to use the Measure tool from google earth. It will always show the shortest line from it's origin point, so there is a point, exactly half way around the world (or 12,420 some miles)where the tool will reverse to the opposite hemisphere. That is the exact opposite side. I have attached the EXACT opposite of times square.
