UK Level 3 labels and areas version 2

This file has been updated by simon_a to reflect more current administrative divisions:
  • United Kingdom
    ---- England: shire counties, London and metropolitan boroughs, City of London, and unitary authorities
    ---- Northern Ireland: traditional counties
    ---- Scotland: council areas
    ---- Wales: unitary authorities
  • Crown Dependencies
    ---- Bailiwick of Guernsey individual islands
    ---- Bailiwick of Jersey
    ---- Isle of Man

    The file has two folders for Names (labels) and Borders (polygons).

    The borders were derived from the borders of the UK Level 3 administrative units posted by Valery Hronusov. All metadata and schema have been removed to create a more compact file and faster downloads.
