I hunted for any post for this and can't find one. It's not listed in the layers. I'm not entirely certain of the ID of the ship. Given that most of them were sold for scrap back in the very early 1990's, the field is certainly limited.
My first guess was that she was DD-942 USS Bigelow which was sunk in 2003 as part of a SINKEX. earthgoogler pointed out several aspects such as the excellent condition of the ship that it is very likely actually the USS Edson being moved from the Intrepid Museum to Philadelphia. The placemark reflects this.
