Edit your placemark and notice the "Time-Based Refresh" input area: Time-Based Refresh controls in Placemark Edit Panel If you do some research to discover how often the Coast Rican cloud-cover image is updated (pretend it was every three hours) and then change the Time-Based Refresh mode to PERIODICALLY and the interval to 3 HOURS then you will have a situation where this image is always up-to-date! The image will be loaded from the remote site as soon as you enable the overlay (a check will be shown in the box) and then when three hours have elapsed, the image will automatically be reloaded from the remote server.
