Here is a Day and Night map with cloud cover. It works nice most of the time.. but after updating for a while it sometimes goes out of action. A manual refresh helps. The image comes from: http://www.fourmilab.ch/cgi-bin/uncgi/Earth with their 'custom request' page here: http://www.fourmilab.ch/earthview/custom.html They also provide temperature maps but they didn't show very well with some transparency. They provide plenty of other information, you can even show day and night on the moon 10 years ago if you want to. Or the visible earth pictures where you can see India switching on the lights at night. They also allow for zooming in but that is way out of my reach.. go for it! Gimme a star, Seer, aahh, just one.. (EDITED: had to change the updating frequency because they limit the number of request you can make per 10 minutes.. Once per minute now.)
