I am not sure that there is an answer here, but for corporate sharing of cache, adding your own database, check the Google Earth Enterprise Client. If a business is using GE, it is likely that they can justify the extra $s to get the results that they are looking for.

With no known exceptions, the cost of internal trust, efficiency and loyalty is external distrust.
