Someone made a comment about the QM2 why they used the giant number 2 all over the outside of the ship. They then asked wouldn't it be more dignified to use a Roman Numeral II instead. I told this person they can't use a Roman Numeral as that is reserved for a person, in this case a monarch. Queen Elizabeth II is the reigning monarch of the UK, so the ship is called QE2.
