As I said initially, this software was developed with an etrex legend which has a limit of 125 waypoints per route. Thus I allocate memory for 125 waypoints per route. What type of gps do you have? What is the max waypoints per route. I am trying to recreate your error and will repost when I fix it. John Scott Post Extras
