I'm running the latest Mac OS on a MacBook with plenty of power and memory space. I've assembled a tour of properties my firm owns (8 total) using the My Places feature. The tour works great when I'm connected to GE's server. When I try to record a high quality movie, however, GE freezes halfway through. It's only when I make a super low resolution recording that GE completes the Quicktime movie - but the quality is terrible. I've read the instructions on the GE website and have followed them closely...to no avail. Any thoughts? I'm on a deadline and would love to wrap this up. Thx. J Post Extras
