Now I receive an error that says "File XYZ0.jpg is blocked by another process" when I convert using JPG or TIF after it creates all of the files. I don't have anything else running that might be using the file and I can delete it with Explorer while the error box is still up. If I do the exact same thing with PNG or GIF it does not give that error. But it still does not reduce the file sizes. I also found that the problem seems to happen with using TIF/PRJ/TFW files for input. But JPG/PRJ/JGW as input file works fine and reduces the file sizes as it should. So maybe it's just a problem with TIFF. Here is an example file that does not work. http://www.fox-fam.com/gefiles/topos4/Camas16_1946.zip Also, I also don't mind because I also use Irfanview to do the reduction. So if you fix the problem maybe leave an option to not reduce the file sizes for those of us that want to us another program for that.
