The iimagery for that area is not from DigitalGlobe - it's from GeoInformation Group. Their high-resolution imagery throughout the UK does not have similar solid opaque clouds, except in nearby Plym Bridge, just north of Plympton. Other clouds in the region are wispy and semi-transparent. It may, indeed, not be censorship, but it certainly gives the impression of a purposful addition to the photography. Post Extras
