I'm using XP and GE Pro and can't do time animation movies either. When I start the "Movie Maker" the time bar disappears. I can turn it back on in the view menu but the play button doesn't work (it does show though). I can't drag the time selectors either. Basically, you can see the time bar but not do anything with it. Any suggestions? Thanks!
