After spending several days milling around the Pro Movie Maker I finally tracked it down.

You must identify the location with a Placemarker. Then get into the Properties of that Placemarker (highlight Placemarker and then under Tools I believe). Under the View tab is the zoom altitude.

Works like a charm!!!
